She graduated from Carteret Community College in Morehead City, NC with a diploma in Therapeutic Massage. This intensive program required in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology with concentrations in specific modalites: Prenatal and Postnatal, Sports, Myofacial, Swedish or Traditional, Deep Tissue, and Seated massage.
